Shipping Restrictions by State
We are committed to full compliance with all federal and state tobacco shipping laws. Please review the requirements for your state before placing an order. All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older regardless of state.
Universal Age Requirement
All orders require confirmation that the purchaser is 21 years of age or older. Adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. We do not ship to PO Boxes in states requiring adult signature confirmation.
States Where We Cannot Ship
Hawaii
No shipments to Hawaii.
- We do not ship any products to Hawaii addresses
Utah
No shipments to Utah.
- We do not ship any products to Utah addresses
States With Special Requirements
California
Adult signature + pre-delivery phone confirmation required.
- Purchaser must be 21 or older (Senate Bill 39)
- Adult signature (21+) required before delivery is completed
- Cannot ship to a PO Box
- Certain shipping methods unavailable
- Telephone confirmation call required after 5 PM (PT) the day prior to shipment
Delaware
Adult signature + age verification documents required.
- Purchaser must be 21 or older (Title 30 Chapter 53)
- Adult signature (21+) required before delivery is completed
- Cannot ship to a PO Box
- Certain shipping methods unavailable
- Age verification documents must be received and stored — we use Veratad Age and Identity Verification Solutions (one-time process)

Small cigars prohibited.
- Small Cigars (weighing 3 lb per 1,000 or less) cannot be shipped to Connecticut addresses
Maine
Pipe tobacco, HTL-wrapper cigars, and small cigars prohibited.
- Pipe Tobacco cannot be shipped to Maine addresses
- Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers cannot be shipped to Maine addresses
- Small Cigars (weighing 3 lb per 1,000 or less) cannot be shipped to Maine addresses
Maryland
Small cigars and HTL-wrapper cigars prohibited.
- Small Cigars (weighing 3 lb per 1,000 or less) cannot be shipped to Maryland addresses
- Cigars with Homogenized/HTL Wrappers cannot be shipped to Maryland addresses
Massachusetts
Flavored tobacco products prohibited.
- Flavored Tobacco products cannot be shipped to Massachusetts addresses
Montana
Filtered cigars prohibited.
- Filtered Cigars cannot be shipped to Montana addresses
Pennsylvania
Certain small cigar carton packs prohibited.
- Small Cigars (weighing 4 lb per 1,000 or less) in carton packs containing 20–25 sticks per pack cannot be shipped to Pennsylvania addresses
Vermont
Small cigars prohibited.
- Small Cigars (weighing 4.5 lb per 1,000 or less) cannot be shipped to Vermont addresses
Washington
Pipe tobacco and small cigars prohibited.
- Pipe Tobacco cannot be shipped to Washington addresses
- Small Cigars (weighing 3 lb per 1,000 or less) cannot be shipped to Washington addresses
